Return Policy at PRUNUS!

All sales are final! We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit No exchanges for items delivered via digital means such as license keys, download links, and emails. We do not offer refunds. Once you click "Submit Order,"this is your indication that you have authorized the charge and agreed to purchase the items in your shopping cart. This includes fraudulent registrations, misspellings, or simply changing one's mind Please verify spelling and number of years on new registrations and renewals once in the cart and again on the next page prior to purchase. This can help avoid unwanted domain registrations.

Exchanges To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@prunus.ca to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will offer an in-store credit equivalent to the full purchase price of your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return your item to us. Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Software License keys, Domain names In-store credit (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your in-store credit. If you are approved, then your replacement or in-store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be made available in your account with us, within a certain amount of 7 days. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an in-store gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the in-store gift certificate to the gift giver.

Shipping and Delivery

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a in-store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your in-store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Prunus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Prunus will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
